The Shelter Valley Pines Golf Club is looking for an energetic individual to fill the role of assistant manager. Applicants must have the ability to work in fast paced environment, multi task and have their Smart Serve Certificate (not required at time of hire, but will be required within 30 days of employment). A background in retail & food preparation preferred. 

The primary duties include 

  • Organizing & planning leagues & events
  • Assisting & preparing food as they are ordered
  • Answering phone calls, taking tee times and registering guests
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Serving beverages, both alcoholic and non alcoholic
  • Monitoring customers & maintaining stock requirements
  • Overseeing the daily activities while the manager is away

Other Information

  • Hours Per Week: 35 to 40 depending on events and functions
  • Approximate Start Date: ~ April 15th, 2020
