The league plays Monday afternoons with tee times starting after 1:00 PM. Couples may play 9 or 18 holes with their first nine counting towards the league play. The league tees off April 28th, 2025 with the full calendar of events listed below.

How to Register

To register for the 2026 season, please fill out the form below and send your registration fee by E Transfer to sheltervalleypines@gmail.com. Please see our full registration details below for returning and new members.

For Returning Members: This season, the league will be holding a draw for tee times on March 15th, 2026 at 3:00 PM. This draw will include registered returning members only. Available times will be given out on a first draw basis. In order to receive the best odds of receiving your preferred tee time, please make sure to have your registration form and fee submitted by March 14, 2026. Please also note that the more members of your group register, the more ballots your group will have to receive their preferred time.

For New Members: Registration for new members will open on March 17, 2026. New participants will be added on a first registered, first serve basis. New participants may send in their forms and fees anytime prior to the March 17th date to receive their spot on the wait list.

Social Media Acknowledgement: All members of our leagues at the Shelter Valley Pines Golf Club may be subject to video and photography for use on social media and promotional purposes. I grant the club the right to use, publish, and distribute my image, voice, and appearance in any and all photographs, digital images, and video recordings taken of me during the season. Authorized platfoms: I understand that these materials may be used for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to: Social Media Platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), Organizational Websites and Blogs, Digital Advertising and Newsletters, Promotional and Marketing Materials. Terms and compensation: Ownership: I agree that all photographs and video recordings are the sole property of the Shelter Valley Pines Golf Club. Alterations: I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears. Compensation: I understand that I will receive no financial compensation or royalties for the use of these materials now or in the future. Duration: This authorization is continuous and does not expire unless revoked in writing. *

Alcohol Policy: All staff are Smart Serve certified. Servers will monitor the alcohol consumption of individuals served using "smart serve” techniques and will take steps to prevent an individual from becoming intoxicated. Under no circumstances may personal alcohol be brought into the licensed areas of the club. By bringing outside alcohol into a licensed area the patron is not only breaking the law but jeopardizing our liquor license. Licensed areas include the parking lot, clubhouse, patio, deck and golf course. Any alcohol that is not purchased at the club and brought into the licensed area will be confiscated and disposed of at the patron’s expense. In accordance with the liquor laws of Ontario, servers must check the I.D. of anyone who appears under the age of 25 years. The legal drinking age is 19 years. Any individual with I.D. that appears to be altered or falsified will be denied service and asked to leave the premises. If a patron is suspect in concealing personal alcohol in their golf bag or golf cart, employees may ask the individual to reveal the contents of their bag. Golf bags may be checked by staff. If the patron refuses to reveal the items in his bag or cart, the patron will be asked to leave the premises immediately and no refunds will be given. In accordance with our liquor permit, no personal coolers are permitted on the golf course. I will comply with the liquor laws of the Province of Ontario and will not consume on the premises any alcohol which was not purchased from the Shelter Valley Pines G.C. * *
