Next to the Shelter Valley Pines Golf Club rests the beautiful Shelter Valley Park featuring many overnight camp sites. All overnight sites include 30 amp service, fire pits, water and access to clean washrooms with showers. Many overnight sites are located on the shores of the Shelter Valley Creek, a natural breeding ground for rainbow trout.
The campground hosts many activities and features that may suit you and your families lifestyle. These facilities include:
· A large swimming pond that is chlorinated daily with buoy line and sand bottom. A large beach surrounds the shallow and deep ends of the pond. · Outstanding spring rainbow trout and salmon fishing. · 18 hole miniature golf course, · Horseshoe pits, children’s playground, shuffleboard and beach volleyball court are also available to entertain your family. · Weekly bingo’s, monthly dances and euchre nights throughout the year.
